SHIPPING POLICY

Processing= the time in which an order is placed by the customer and is being fulfilled as soon as possible.  

Shipping= When orders are fulfilled by us and sent out with shipping carrier service. 

 

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received an email regarding shipping please email us at stonedlotus23@gmail.com.

PICKUP / LOCAL DELIVERY 

**Orders that are made through instant message or the website will be notified when order is ready for pickup. Agreed time of drop off will also be discussed via the method youPlease include ALL necessary information regarding shipment such as a full address, any unit numbers, etc. Potential delays regarding shipment could be due to a high volume of orders, or due to the postal service in charge of shipment. You are eligible for free pickup or local delivery for an order that exceeds $60 within

 Pickup orders/ local delivery are processed within  3-4 days depending on the volume we

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

All orders placed over $199.99, and shipped to an address within Canada are eligible for free shipping. When checking out, choose the “Free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship through Canada Post.

 

Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing could take X-X business days. All orders are freshly made and packaged with care. We appreciate your understanding.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tatisskincare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer exchanges. 

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the item has been opened or used, we will not accept the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please understand that we are NOT in charge of shipment but rather the postal service such as Canada Post. However, please email us as soon as possible at stonedlotus23@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
